Venting Losing it (vent)

I feel I'm slowly losing it. I know I will end up in a hospital soon. But if I'm sent to a group hope again or worse, I wont be able to pay rent and I'll lose my apartment and everything with it. I feel like I need to get ctb successfully or get better fast to avoid this. But my SI is still so strong. I guess I just dont know what to do. I have no one i can turn to.
