Method Lorazepam and Codeine

I went to the docs yesterday as a last attempt to do something about my intense anxiety, they prescribed Lorazepam.
When doing some reading up on the drug, I see that it can be very dangerous when taken with Codeine, could this be a good mixture to CTB??

Benzos and opiates can be fatal but codeine is pretty weak and I don't know if it would be enough to do more than knock you out for a while. Im going to try and look up some data on this because benzo+opioid was something I considered before I found out about SN.
