I'm planning on taking a year off to simply relax and help my brain form more coherent thoughts before I ctb. Preferably somewhere with decent internet connectivity. The mountains are an obvious choice, but I'd also like some other options. I was thinking maybe Darjeeling or Palampur.

Anyone here from India who can suggest quiet, remote, budget-friendly places where I can unwind for an entire year?
