My only coping mechanism for severe depression is roleplay in which I'm being killed and tortured brutally. Unfortunately I haven't done it in months and it's really taking its toll on my already bad mental health. I vastly prefer Discord to this site for messaging, and my username is Tempest#9308

I'm positive that I would enjoy it in more ways than coping.

Only mild torture though, like getting my limbs torn away, but no scalping, pulling my guts out, fire or water treatment.

And I don't think I would be willing to RP with strangers anyway. It feels very personal. Maybe not RP like real-time action, but just fantasizing. Presenting hypothetical scenarios and developing them through collaborative imagination, and see how it goes.
