If you have a Facebook they have groups and local groups on there where you can post the info. You could ask Reddit and go over to r/cats or another cat related subreddit and ask about how to go about finding a new home for your cat. If you don't have an account I can help you make one. You need an email address first and foremost and then go to the sign up page make a random username and password. It'll also ask you for a verification via email so you can post more easily in other subreddits. I don't know if your account has to be a certain number of days old to post on the cat subreddits either so just be aware.

Look it's going to be a bit so rushing this will only end in disappointment. Please for the sake of your cat just try to hold on for them and find them a home instead of a shelter if you can.

I am unfortunately too far away to be of help, but I sincerely hope you are able to find Sweet Pea a proper home soon. Again, I'm sorry things fell through.

I know it's difficult, but I hope you will be able to hang on a bit longer to rehome her properly.

I can adopt a dog, but while I have liked watching Jackson Galaxy's cat training videos, I'm not the best with cats.

I wonder if there's a subreddit for cat adoptions? I saw someone with a dog that needed urgent adoption and they were able to find a person who adopted the dog on some subreddit. Maybe even posting on r/cats might help? Or maybe put an ad on a local newspaper? Or on your town's local facebook? Or your town's/area's local subreddit?

I saw a bumper sticker that read, if you're looking for your cat check under my tires. Don't give the car to them. They will not provide the level of care the cat requires to live a healthy life.

I'm in the corner of Ohio kentucky indiana so probably too far to travel. Have you checked local groups on Facebook or even next door? What size cat, age, gender, house only or inside/outside, declawed, last very visit, colour? Is it dog friendly?

I've not had a chance to update my status. I found a job (1500 miles away) that I've taken. I am taking my sweet sweet girl with me. I cannot tell you how happy I am to not have to worry about leaving her behind.
