Looking for a unique way to kill myself

Hey I'm new to sanctioned suicide, I've been wanting to commit suicide recently but I can't find the perfect method I have in mind.

I want something that isn't brutal like cutting an artery, jumping from a building, or a fast paced death. What I'm looking for is a way to do it for a long time doing small bits of damage till I die, for example putting a certain dose of harmful substances in my tea every morning so I can damage myself gradually till eventual death over the course of a long time so I have enough time to stop if I change my mind. I want there to be an out option if things change, but I also wanna be fully prepared before I die.

Is there anything I can put as a mixture in my drinks that would go unnoticed and can cause failure, sickness and eventual death? Hopefully something that can make my slow death span for a year, 2 years or a few months. I also wanted to know if these methods would be physically painful as that would make it obvious and I might be stopped, I want something that wouldn't be as painful but if being painful is the only option that's alright.

This line tells me you aren't sure of your choice. Death is not something you can wing. If you proceed with such plan, you will most likely end up with irreversible organ damage before you ''decide'' if you want to go through with CTB or not. I suggest reconsidering this thoroughly.

in desperate housewives rex died from being poisoned with potassium - his meds were swapped with the stuff and he ended up having an overload after a few weeks/months. would also be interested in going this way since i want something that doesn't seem like ctb to my friends and family, even if it is painful
