I am sick, disabled, incurable, progressive illness, and I am regularly treated (I know, in certain countries, people do not seek treatment, due to lack of ability to pay, or even the absence of healthcare structures, I am thinking of these people), but I pay very expensive insurance, and there is a social security system which covers care but only partially.
Like my country, lack of administrative intelligence (well, you have to see how administrative schools are made, and the intellectual level required), there are deductibles that we are obliged to pay, which will never be reimbursed, nor paid by the insurance (small amounts, such as $1 $2 $0.50, in dollar equivalent). These franchises are there, supposedly, so as not to overuse care, as if being ill is the person's fault!
These deductibles accumulate over several years, because we do not pay in advance for care for long-term, incurable illnesses, and, after several years, social security demands payment of the deductibles (this is the first time, this year, apparently a novelty wanted by the country), to "save" its health system!
This complaint, unexpected and sudden, is sent by registered mail which must be signed upon receipt, and the amount must be paid within 30 days.
I called them to explain that the franchise system is ridiculous. That the recovery system is totally absurd, that the solution would be to pay these small amounts, as care is provided, to stay up to date.
These people, on the other end of the phone, told me that my country is the best in the world, that it is perfect, beyond reproach, that it is my fault for being born, for costing society dearly . To reassure me, they told me that I cost less than other patients!!!! I told them that I did not ask to be born, that my country still does not authorize euthanasia, that if it costs too much, we should control births, do eugenics, control shitty parents. ... They told me that we don't have to debate this, afterwards, we had to demand an apology from them. Before hanging up, I told them that I was always better received abroad, that people are more open abroad, that, unlike my country, certain countries have good control over parents, education, do not give family allowances to encourage (without contol) procreation, just to live on state aid!
In my country, people tend to push others to suicide, to encourage suicide, with contempt, violence, without help, with the worst possible suffering, it's intentional!
At the moment, I really want to give back my medical devices, no longer treat myself, and CTB in a violent way!!!!! Shitty country!
