I've been having a difficult time locating the carotid arteries, Because the mega thread says if you pinch your fingers on your own neck where you feel a pulse is the CA (carotid artery). But I found a couple of locations on my neck where I feel a pulse so I squeezed and no faint feeling.

Today I tried the sides of my neck. I mean like way to the side, I think below my ears and I pushed in and I felt very faint.

I'm hoping this is the spot.

IS IT?

If you don't feel unpleasant pressure building up inside your head, face and eyes, only faint - this could be it.

The left and right sides of your neck. That's why blood chokes work.

Thank You
Now I just watched a video on it and it shows a totally different spot.
Closer to the middle of the neck than where I was at and I'm so confused

I just don't know how far from center to go. How have you been by the way. I like your photo is that you?

People's anatomy varies, and finding the "sweet spot" is clearly not easy. So it may be that if you've found a spot that gives the desired effect, go for it?

Maybe this image will help:

Or this odd but thorough video:

I think the problem is that you are trying to find one small spot to block the blood flow. Instead if you use the night night method it's a general area on both sides of the neck that gets pressurized. Just look at how the choke hold is done. It's a general area on both sides of the neck.

Thank You that makes sense

Is the general area in the front of the neck or the sides of the neck by my ears?

Thank you, that makes sense I just have to get the right general area I'm just hoping I'm in the right general area. The other thing I'm hoping is that I don't somehow survive it because it looks like this method brings you back like a vegetable if survived somehow
