Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm not looking to intentionally CTB through a prescription med or painkiller OD but always believed you are likely to get liver damage if you survive doing that however it's not talked about much. So am just wondering whether anybody actually knows someone this happened to and how much / what did they take to cause the damage?
My friend took 40 and damaged her liver as she didn't get treatment, yet I've taken several overdoses of 30, 20 or 10 tablets at a time of paracetamol and do not have severe liver damage that I know of. My other friend takes 40 ibuprofen every day and she's perfectly fine, it just depends on personal tolerance I suppose. Paracetamol I find is definitely more harmful though, and really difficult to achieve anything with. My last OD was 3/4 days ago.

She's definitely not lying, I've seen her take them all before(she didn't know I saw her) They're the normal kind of ibuprofen you can buy in shops(I don't know what that is as I'm allergic to it myself) but it's been about a month or two for her now. Most days at least, even lost her job to it. I've had quite a few friends OD on it and the hospital wasn't concerned majorly about them.
I know a few people that have tried with various medications. Yes, they survived. No, their livers or kidneys did not respond well. They will have new health issues the rest if their days.

ibuprofen don't do much damage..alvedon/paracetamol does..did once some 80x500mg and was hospitalized 3 days.. puked as shit, called myself ambulance..told them I have serious wisdom teeth problem, but they didn't believe it..didn't get any liver problem, but if I would wait after 4h some h more, wouldn't go so good
I think for her, it's a bit of both. We discussed it and she said that it's almost just become a thing of not caring and taking it anyway like an addiction. I was the same with paracetamol overdoses for a while, just the hope that it will do something is sometimes enough.

About 9 years ago I took 90-100 co-codamol 30/500, was in hospital overnight and then home the following afternoon. Hospital did nothing and I was just sick all night and so I'm surprised I haven't got any damage from it really
