• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Physical impact - Weight gain, very and I mean very thirsty, headaches. Psychological impact - none at all. Didn't do a thing for me.

Yeah I'm finding that either the mania stopped by itself, or maybe it does work for mania... but I'm no more functional now than I was then. For me it's just constant tiredness, they said it helps with the lows... well, it doesn't. I think the medical model of psychological illness is largely bullshit. I'm depleted from a variety of things like complex ptsd, lost friendships and relationships, missing out on life events. I don't really buy into "it's a chemical imbalance"...

I take 1g lithium a day (recently increased from 750mg). I don't have any physical side affects or anything. I had really bad nausea when I first started. It helps alot with my suicidal thoughts, makes them feel less compulsive and urgenf
