I've heard a lot about people attempting to CTB or actually completing it while listening to music. For instance, one kid hung himself while listening to "Adam's Song" by Blink-182 on repeat. Ian Curtis was found dead with "The Idiot" by Iggy Pop spinning silently on his turntable. Speaking of Ian Curtis, someone also attempted to CTB while listening to "Atmosphere" by Joy Division. I have made multiple attempts but never did so while listening to music. I'd love to CTB while listening to "I'm Going To Do It" by Giles Corey, but I'm afraid that music would be blamed for my suicide. I have, however, self harmed while listening to the following songs:
Our time has come
This is were time stops
This is where everything turns black
Where everything ends, and everything begins
I know I won't be missed.
I know, I know...
Don't pretend that you will
I'm tired of all these lies, I'm tired of my helpless cries, so don't try to stop me
From pulling this trigger
I wear this crown of thorns
Upon my liars chair
Full of broken thoughts
I cannot repair
Beneath the stains of time
The feelings disappear
You are someone else
I am still right here
All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head, I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow
A heart that's full up like a landfill
A job that slowly kills you
Bruises that won't heal
You look so tired, unhappy
Bring down the government
They don't, they don't speak for us
I'll take a quiet life
A handshake of carbon monoxide
Our time has come
This is were time stops
This is where everything turns black
Where everything ends, and everything begins
I know I won't be missed.
I know, I know...
Don't pretend that you will
I'm tired of all these lies, I'm tired of my helpless cries, so don't try to stop me
From pulling this trigger
I wear this crown of thorns
Upon my liars chair
Full of broken thoughts
I cannot repair
Beneath the stains of time
The feelings disappear
You are someone else
I am still right here
All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
