I was FUMING. I pointed out in my 45,000 word Google review that I am now lactose intolerant because of their incompetence, that I probably have heart problems and ulcers, and how I expect a Bazzilion dollars in compensation otherwise I will never go there again.

I mean full fat milk when I asked for skimmed.

What were they thinking?
