Ligature strangulation/ psych #

Hello. Im currently on a psych ward and have a limited amount of suicide options due to materials available and 15 minute checks. I have considered ligature strangulation but I need information regarding how to compress my cartoid artery. Additionally, I have a limited amount of things to access to complete strangulation. I have tested using leggings and usb cords. Any suggestions? Alternative methods are welcome. For further reference I'm 5'8 and weigh approximately 60kg.

I would not recommend attempting with such a short timeframe for checkups.

If you just wait till you get out then you can be sure of doing it properly and not halfway and being left with brain damage.

It´s better to wait until you get out. Full death by strangulation takes about half an hour to an hour, like at hanging. And with leggings or a pantyhose it takes longer to pass out, cause they are too stretchable. Believe me, it´s better to wait than getting a vegetable for the rest of your life
