Did life teach you a lesson you wish you've known before? What advice would you give to your past self if you were able to go back in time? What advice would you give to someone who's young and who reminds you of you when you were younger?

Mine would be:
1. Be VERY greatful for what you have (if you indeed have it).
2. Be mindful of your health.
3. Don't trust psychiatry.
4. For gods' sake don't smoke so much pot.

1. Spend wisely, don't waste money
2. Know your limits, you're not indestructible and you cannot do 1000 things at once.
3. Stop punishing yourself even if you feel like you deserve it, it's pointless and solves nothing.
4. Anger and hatred are poison don't let it infect you. Find a constructive way to manage it.
5. And finally don't live off takeaway from the chip shop, it's a waste of money and you'll feel like shit.
