Hi all,
I want to jump off cliff I found on the net a few hours from me but I think it will have to be onto water not rocks in the evening when it's probably going to be high tide in order to ensure privacy. Will this affect my loved ones getting my life insurance or have it delayed if they have issues finding my body?

You have to read the small print, some policies do have a suicide clause which won't pay out, others have a specific time frame, say you have to have the policy for a minimum 2 years etc.

Sorry you want to ctb and leave your family be careful walking on cliff top edges and taking selfies it's really dangerous, like the poor girl below.

I hope you find the answers and peace your looking for.

Cheers

For the insurance to pay out, a body needs to be recovered or, after a certain number of years, for you to be declared dead without a body.

Edit: You can also check the tide tables.
