My partner and little girl are happily playing in the paddling pool and I'm lying on the bed fantasising about ctb by plugging with H. I hate myself so much, I hate the world. They don't need me but guilt keeps me here.

And now I have to get up and make a fecking apple and blackberry crumple. Hopefully I'll accidentally stab myself in the throat.
