Are there any easy-to-obtain (legal, OTC) drugs that are relaxing and help to overcome SI? I want to CTB and I'm worried about SI getting in the way. I was thinking of alcohol or CBD. Any other suggestions?

Different drugs are OTC in different countries.

If you want accurate information, it would best for you to state which country you are from.

Does anyone have thoughts on NyQuil? I have used it to calm sleeplessness and anxiety attacks during the night with some success... Perhaps.

I don't think any drug that can deal with SI can be OTC. The strongest anxiolytics are not OTC in most countries. I don't know if H will work. I've never had an H experience.

H will make you not want to CTB. It'll make you feel content with existence.
