Venting Lasted whole 2 days before relapsing

Would be funny if It wasnt sad. Long story short ive been on clonazepam 10mg for a little bit now and like 2 months on 2+ mg.
I started recovery 2 days ago, my psychiatrist gave me antipsychotic to not have withdrawal.
So far it has actually been working… who would have thought.
I mean I dont have much physical symptoms, im just tired all the time.
But mentally I wanna feel sedated again, I mean I am feeling like that but I want benzo type of sedated so badly.
I took 2mg 5 mins ago.

Recovery is an uphill battle and it isn't always linear. If you want that sedation, it may be worth asking people here if they think other substances in the meantime might be sedating.

Do you like it for it's anti anxiety properties, the physical relaxation, or the dulling of senses?
