Last will and testament?

I'm curious what others have planned in this area. I plan to leave a short note, next to my will. I am leaving a will as there are items that need to be bequeathed & some funds tied up in my pension that will need to be dispersed, as well as paying for the disposal of my meat-mech (cremation for mine).

Depending on if you have been classified as mentally unwell, your will might not be deemed valid.

Where I live, there have to be two witnesses, who state apparent mental health status prior to signing. It helps with legitimacy.
