Last straw (ctb)

Hi guys

so long story short I've gone through all of the mh services that can be provided including being IP in hospital. Been told there's nothing that can be done to help me but I may be able to access a professional in the future, so it has made it clearer to me that ctb is the final option. can anyone give me ideas on how I can go about it with as little prep as possible?

I'm sorry your life has gotten to this point.

It's generally good practice to do some research before posting questions on here. For example we have a resources section dedicated to educating yourself on the various methods. People can't do the leg work for you
