This is a delayed message. I hopefully have passed when this is posted. Written on the 7th of Dec. Following Stans Guide. 48 hour regime. Sitting quietly in my living room and have had my pre meds. Ibuprofen 1200 mg and 30 mg meto. Wondering if I'll have a Valium. Not sure if that's wice, maybe it will make me feel to calm and that it will interfere with my wish to die. Been planning and trying to overcome my SI for a long time now. Really hope this works, no guarantee with any method I guess. Been very close and hope this is the day that I die. Thank you all for support.
