Last Meal Anyone?

Since being really suicidal in the past couple of months do you all ever find that each meal you eat thinking it's going to be the last meal you eat? I've been thinking this every time I've been eating.

I personally don't, but that's because I know exactly what I want my last meal to be. That being Phở Bò (beef pho) with fish sauce and sriracha.

I knew that I wanted a specific donut before I died, but whenever I have the urge I'm normally also in a period of not eating. though now you mention it boy do I want to have Chinese takeout one last time before I CTB

Yes, definitely. I was thinking about that earlier today in fact, and I was thinking to myself, "damn, if this is all I eat today, this is not my ideal last meal."

I don't think I'd ever CTB in the spur of the moment. There is just so much that could go wrong, for me and the people I leave behind. So I would know when my last meal would be. The question is what would be your last meal.

Not only meals.The last hot shower,the last walk with my dog,my last drive,my last conversation.It has almost made me savor living more if that makes any sense.It feels like when Im resigned to ctb,it helps me appreciate living.When Im running around trying to "get busy with living",then I become miserable again.My brain is all over the place lately.

Very rarely. Usually it's a relief from the hell that is PTSD and Schizophrenia. I get to absorb the meal and focus on how good it is.

If I had to pick a last meal, it'd probably be... fuck, I don't actually know. I'm not much of an eater, I love me some energy drinks tho. Energy drinks + a drug cocktail haha
