I could fucking cry right now... What did I do... I downloaded nothing, I installed nothing, just used it as normal and now this, my day has been. Shit enough without this adding to it... I've had this 2 weeks purchased second hand
Any Comp buffs with any ideas??

Looks like a faulty hard drive or a corrupted hard drive. Since you bought it second-hand, you could get a new hard drive put in easily by a computer tech. Or try to reformat the old one.

Would going into BIOS and fixing the boot order do anything?

Umm, usually when booting it up there'll be a button prompt like Del or F10 or something that can take you to the BIOS setup, then you can go to the Boot tab using arrow keys to see the boot order. I'm not an expert, so that's all I know :(

Is that the first screen that pops up when you reboot? Hold down the power button until it turns off then turn it back on again. Sounds to me like it's a major dud, could you get your money back somehow?

That looks like hard drive failure to me, if it can't detect a bootable device. If you can get into the BIOS setup and access the boot order to check if it's still there, as advised. But I bow to those with greater knowledge...paging @grungeCat help!

Definitely hard drive failure. Diagnostics is a diffcult process but I will do my best to instruct you. If you don't understand something then do not hesitate to ask me. You have to prepare one pendrive > 5GB.
1. Firstly you have to use another computer to download Hiren's Boot CD image from there : https://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
2. Download Rufus program from there : https://rufus.ie/
3. Use the Rufus program to burn the hiren image on the pendrive.
4. Plug the pendrive into your computer.
5. Boot your computer and then immadietaly start pressing repeatedly F2 button till the BIOS configuration program shows.
6. Change the boot order to your pendrive (every BIOS conf program is different, you have to figure it yourself how to do it. )
7. Wait till Windows 10 PE loads.
8. Search for program 'HDDScan' and then run it.
9. Select 'SMART'
10. When process is completed take a photo of the output and send it to me.
