has anyone tried this method? I have tried so many times, unsuccessfully, to induce fainting in order to ascertain if I hit the right spot of the Baroreceptors. Nada, Nix, Nothing.
I am not sure if I just cannot find the right spot or if I am simply not exerting enough pressure. From what I gather fainting is supposed to happen within 15 seconds, I don't even get dizzy, yet are left with marks on my neck the next day from where I applied pressure. I have tried so many different spots just to cover all bases, still nothing.
Eager to hear from others who have explored this method or have reliable info other than described in the PPeHandbook.
cheers.

Are you talking about carotid sinus reflex death? This sounds too unreliable or difficult to execute correctly to me.
yes, that one, often referred to as the Korean Method (Korean Spies were taught this) - needs more concrete info. Also known as the Judo choke. Should be easy enough with a cuff and a couple of small, hard objects either side of the trachea, the pressure needs to be above 150mmHg, hard to measure when using fingers.

found it!
wow, after many tries I very carefully palpated along the aorta and the larynx and found a spot that felt a little different to me. After depressing (not anywhere near has hard as I had tried before in other spots) it for about 15 secs the breathing became very laboured and I felt dizzy, something I have not experienced with any other pressure points along the aorta, so I am sure I have found the Baroreceptors at last.
In the PPHB it says at line of the Adams apple, well - around 50% of the population don't have an Adam's apple :heh:

It's in the PPHB, page 404 - basically applying sustained pressure to the Baroreceptors will induce fainting and then death. The problem is that once fainting occurs the fingers will no longer exert pressure, so it needs something like BP cuff with two protruding disks (or even a cut, small potato) underneath to keep it in place the pressure constant once fainting occurs.

Does anybody have "Korean method" part in PDF? Here https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/list-of-resources.3/ found only May-2018 PPeH and old version of PPHB, they do not contain info about this method.

Oh , for crying out loud .

You could just cut the whole neck side with a chainsaw or whatever and get it over with .

A full suspension hanging would be easier and more sufficient .

Unless you're a spy assassinating someone and want it to look like natural death .

I can find no reason to go through all that trouble for literally nothing .
