• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

When I put the ratchet on it felt like my head was exploding. When it feels like that do I wait to pass out? Does that mean I have the pressure on the wrong areas? Does that mean I should tighten the ratchet more? Does the head exploding feeling mean I'm doing it right? Is it something that needs to be waited out?

Evrth is explained in night-night megathread, it's a lonv read but worth it. I hv the same problem and yes, apparently we're doing smth wrong. You should excercise with finding your veins with your hands first. If u don't pass out within 30 sec then you're doing smth wrong apparently. You should feel SOME pressure in your head but not a whole lot.
I'm exercising with it daily now, feel free to PM me i want to go with night night as well,we can exchange experience

I think the idea is to tighten rapidly, avoiding only compressing the jugular vein. Might be wrong though, best to read the mega thread

You need to find the carotid artery. Do some quick intense exercise like pushups to get your heart rate up and then look in the mirror you should see something pulsing in your neck or just use your fingers to find it. Press on it with your fingers and your vision will go black. If your vision doesn't go black or you feel your head is going to explode then you're comprising the jugular vein.

You'll know if you're gonna pass out if your vision starts to fade black.

I suggest reading the mega thread. It goes in more detail.
