From what I have read online it is incredibly hard to overdose on benzos, someone can consume thousands of milligrams of Xanax and will just get pretty messed up. It is only really deadly when mixed with alcohol and/or opiates. They have a pretty good safety profile which is why they replaced barbiturates.

I did take some time ago like 20p of Ambien and it did nothing, just some hours sleeping. There must be some reliable method for CTB with pills, I have heard of people who ctb doing this although I know of its low effectiveness, there must be some right mixture.
