I have it downloaded, including the one from that Danish doctor.
I'd definitely download resources and methods if you're into that, though, as those can be harder to find later on when you need them. I include forum posts/threads as well as many people have described things in great detail.

oh yeah thats right, the danish doctor who wrote that pdf.
i remember.
realistically, if i ever hypothetically allegedly do it, it would hypothetically be hanging, probably.
i just wanna know for sure (hypothetically) that i know every single little thing about it, which can go wrong
