I know another user having issues posting anything. Maybe the site is glitching out right now. Pictures and gifs are breaking on my end.

Yea I can see the thumbnail. Clever workaround there. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

i had this issue yesterday both with posting and in chat, dont worry, definitely not just you. it fixes itself every so often

I had this issue earlier too, closing all ss tabs and making a new one resolved it for me.

You could also try and make a private window in your browser to see if it was cookie/cache related, unless you tried that already.
Otherwise it is likely a server/connection issue as others including myself have experienced this.

We're looking into what's causing this, for now I guess just check occasionally if it happens to go away by chance.
I apologize for the inconvenience, I'll shoot you a message once I know more.
