Venting Just bought SN

I finally have SN and it was kind of weird the sensation buying such a thing. The girl selling it was asking all my informations and I got stressed that somehow I would need a permition... But in the end I didn't need. I started to laugh and smile because death was cheaper than life is, now I need to lose weight and buy the rest of the medications.
God, I'm still not believing this
