Do you already use them? Your dose and effects might depend on that. I personally wouldn't count on it solely to help you jump, but it does seem like something that could help. I know for some people it doesn't necessarily calm their nerves though, it just makes them really tired, but maybe that would be nice tooThere is a good chance it could help. If you don't have an experience with them you can take some a few days or weeks prior and see how it affects you.
