So the bridge over water I'm scoping out is 220ft high (a little higher than the Golden gate) and I read if jump you fall at a speed of about 75 mph. I only know of one survivor. So my question is would i most likely die on impact, like hitting the ground? Also assume my body would float for retrevial?

I only know from reading the Wikipedia article on the Golden Gate bridge. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suicides_at_the_Golden_Gate_Bridge

I recall it said everyone dies on impact except for those who are upright but slightly angled. Of those that survive the impact some more drown or die of hypothermia.

I'm pretty sure dead bodies always float (after a bit of time). Maybe there are rare exceptions for people with no fat, etc.
