Life is too difficult for me

I thought of jumping today again. I only have access to the roof of my 4 storey building. It's about 50-55 feet of height.

I came very close to the edge but my legs started shaking very badly. I had to retreat.

I have no inclination towards any other method. My only other attempts are at partial hanging which have failed completely. I didn't even pass out.

It´s a natural evolutional fear most of us got to keep us alive for some alcohol works, maybe some music to get you the right drive before jumping/while jumping and most importantly try and land on you head or at least make you head slam against the congreet below; don´t land on you legs even if you land on your back the back of your head will slam towards the ground with enough force to make you unconcious and kill you.

Don't jump from 4 stories! When I was in the psych ward there was a woman who just jumped from 4 stories and she ended in a wheelchair with urine collector, she couldn't even sit straight and was always drooling saliva.

I have the same issue. Jumping is my method too and I am ready. But I am hesitating.. But I will jump eventually. I wish I had a jumping partner. btw my jumping spot is in Germany and 100+ meters high.

Any cranes in your area? Usually those are just chilling on the weekends

Some people say that alcohol helps but I disagree with this. Most successful suicides are done sober. Alcohol makes you lose your focus and in order to commit suicide one has to be totally focused and committed.

4 stories are not enough and it really is not that hard to find a higher spot if you have access to urban areas. Many apartment buildings have ladders on the side, cranes are good too and are really easy to climb. I would not jump lower than 6 stories.

alcohol is a powerful GABA inhibitor so yes it makes the plunge easier but considering whether you can do it or not is much more determined by genetics than most realised it may all be futile. Im going to plug thomas joiners why people die of suicide book again, seriously its a fascinating read.

I would resist the urge from jumping at that height, it's not tall enough. If you're set on jumping explore the area around you, maybe even going far enough to where it'd have to be a day trip.
