Jumping from a building

I will likely ctb this summer when I return to Shanghai. I live in a building with 18 floors total, which is about 60 meters tall. The roof is accessible and jumping off is very easy.
The ground below is concrete, and I don't think I will have a high chance surviving even if I do land on my feet. I'm comtemplating whether to bind my ankles together with heavy rope before jumping, just to decrease the chances of me landing on my feet (and also trying to avoid looking like a sprawled chicken upon impact).

I don't actually care that much about appearances though, since my guts are likely to be sprayed all over the place anyway.


Anyway, here is a photo I took from the rooftop last year. It actually looks pretty nice.

I was also planning to jump from a bridge (60 meters of fall to concrete) and I went there 3 times to jump off but my SI kicked in so bad that I could not jump. I wish you all the peace and I hope you can rest. Otherwise, I am always here for you.
