If you are looking for the least peacefull way to ctb well then it's a good start. Being torn to shreds while still alive for most of the mauling process doesn't sound like a nice way to go. And like someone already said chances are high they will kill the animal in the process of saving you.

My advice would be to marinade yourself in the bathtub first with your favorite rub and sit there for 12 hours(dont forget salt and pepper). Then when you get the the cage set yourself on fire and jump over. You will cook and once the fire stops a delicious meal will be waiting for the tigers.

I doubt most tigers in the zoo would instantly attack a human since they're not used to hunting. They'd probably be mostly confused for some time. Long enough for them to be tranquilized and you rescued. I also doubt if they started hunting you that it'd be quick. They're likely not hungry since well fed in the zoo, so it'd be mostly about having something alive to play with, rather than getting food. If you have ever seen a house cat with a mouse you know what I mean.

If you want to go for death by zoo animal, maybe jump into the gorilla habitat and start bullying a gorilla until it fights back.

I don't think this is a good way to go, similar to what others' stated. If anything, there is a good chance of failure (being rescued or saved before death) and ending up in a worse situation (permanent, long term disability), making it even harder to ctb. Also, not to discourage you, but here is a story of someone being mauled to death by pitbulls, it's not pleasant at all, especially during the moments leading up to death.

Like others have said, they will probably kill the animal trying to save you. I suggest you go try to find some predators in the wild instead.

I work at a zoo. Others are right. These animals would probably just play with you (although could do real damage...maybe not lethal) and they would be euthanized if that's what it took to get you to safety. And it would be hell all around for both staff and animal. Please don't.

Animals are well-fed in zoos as others have said. Also the security to get inside will be significant.
They may also spot you as a threat before you even try as you would probably be hanging around there for some time whilst you contemplate it.
