After trying to seek support for so long I'm joining the bus tonight. I asked a and e for a voluntary admission on a number of occasions as well as daily phonecalls to cmht over last few days this was refused so In about 30 minutes I'm joining the bus

They always say "you need help" but rarely provide it (had similar experienced) .

As others said, you can talk to us. Wouldn't want anybody to hurry because of a bunch of mean fuckers (whoever they are and whatever they said today).
You asked for help and got rejected. Thats tough. Im really sorry to hear that. Since you wanted it then i hope you hopefully get help.

Didnt end up happening my neighbours saw me in tears and invited me in. And it was the only time I could use that method . It was the last train.

Brother I'm sorry to hear that you're in such a dark place and that there is no help forthcoming.
For what it is worth, the kindness of your neighbours shows that maybe there is a small light of humanity somewhere.
