I used a shirt to cut the circulation on my neck the same way a noose would. I felt some discomfort in my throat first, swallowed a few times, then some seconds later my legs kind of gave and i almost fell. It wasn't easy to stand up. I almost passed out.

It it had been for real, I would've died there. Quietly, quickly....

Makes me realize that the body is fragile and death is not hard to bring in my situation. I now need to be more serious about if I really want to die.

Standing here right before it....it is much more real than I imagined it.

I usually lower and apply the pressure very quickly-instantly.

Agreed. Last time I really tried, I dropped down hard and it freaked me out (not to mention my bright red mark) and I think it cured me from trying for a while. The mental part is the worst.
