IVE just ordered SN

Just wondering if anyone has any experience? Failure? I ordered 250g from a UK manufacturer fortunately I have a registered business so it should be ok arriving.

What do I need to do to make this successful?

It's a year since my mum died on that date and yes it would be but I also have a car so the place doesn't really matter
