It's finally time for me to catch the bus, Thank you to all the great people on here i have enjoyed my stay no matter how brief it was.

Im doing the sn stat dose method.

Currently 12:30 and have just taken the paracetamol so have meto for 12:45 then milk of magnesia for on the hour.
have 2 50ml glasses of water and 2 lots of 30g sn

Fingers crossed that this sn is legit (ukranian art site)

Just going to sort out my delayed emails now.

the fasting was no trouble i used to do 40 hour fasts for weight loss and yeah 12am so pretty tired. I have known for years it would end this way and at the hight of my depression i did some stupid stuff and ended up in jail. Its only caused extreme anxiety since i have been out, constantly thinking the police where going to be banging on my door again, have only been getting to sleep at 3 - 4 am recently. then they did bang on my door and it got even worse (they had the wrong address they where not there for me) so im pretty sure on my decision, im actually feeling pretty chilled right now, better than i have in a long time knowing whats coming.

you can take meds for the anxiety .. and as long as you're not breaking the law they won't come back for you

Its not just the anxiety, I have had depression for years as well as emotional detachment. What i did to land me in prison was stupid but it also destroyed all of my friendships (i didnt think i would ctb if i still had friends) and cost me my job.

I could deal with the depression, job and friends but what life is worth living if you cant feel much of anything? I have had years to come to this decision its just the past few months i worked towards it.

my first attempt was before i had done any research so it was attempted paracetamol overdose which didn't work, then i managed to get my hands on another 60 paracetamol when i was inside but other than some pain it did nothing. Did some proper research after i got out of prison though and found this site.

and no not taking any benzo's I managed to get a meto prescription but that was all i could get
just mixed the sn and water now so its ready, got a spare preped aswell
Dam 15 minutes to go, I dont think i have ever experienced time going so fast before. Feels like 2 mins ago i was taking the paracetamol

Thanks for sharing! You must have a strong liver, paracetamol od is not a pleasant way to go. I hope you have better luck this time.

I was in pain for about 3 days and i felt like i was going to throw up for about 4 days, I'd say my stomach is stronger :P i never once threw up after taking them so lets hope its the same with the sn
