It’s my birthday today

Today I'm turning 28 years old and it's the worst birthday ever I feel so defeated with life I was never like this during my birthdays. This past year was the worst year of my life I spend most of my time in bed barely going outside. I was able to get N and I wanted to be out of here before my birthday but my sister was pregnant so I decided to wait. Then Christmas is coming up hopefully I have the courage to do it the beginning of next year. Hope everyone is having a great day sending love

Happy Birthday! I was in my first year of chronic pain when I was 28. Hang in there. I know it sounds trite but you have to fight. It will suck you into darkness unless you're careful. If you've decided to CTB spend the time you have left living as well as you can. You and your body are two different things although it feels like they're one, don't they?

I read something once about how Death can teach us how to live life. For example, if you knew you had 30 days left what you would do? Would you call that person who you haven't spoken with in ages or veg in front of the TV? Would you walk outside and enjoy being in Nature, even for a little bit, even though it hurts something fierce? Would you tell someone how you feel about them?

You can always talk about things here.
