Help It’s like I’m suffocating

I cant feel anything it's so frustrating I want to end it all but I'm scared it's like I want to live but I want to die I hate this endless loop of life. I don't want ppl to be sad for my death if I do end up Ctbing but I just want to sleep and end this nightmare.

Ugh, I am sorry to hear. I imagine we are all on here one way or another due to our deep pain. I can relate to all you are saying. I sit many days in a fog or stupor, hard to move, hard not to ruminate on the pain. Just constant. Please hang in there.
