I had a breakdown 2 years ago I started hearing voices thinking Everyone wanted to hurt me I ended up stabbing my self and had like 10 stitches and 3 internal stitches the got section for a month had 3 overdoses since and partial hanging everyone only cares if I take my medication. Then through that lost my fiancé my house my job now back at my mum and dads and I'm not allowed to see my kids without supervision. I've never had any friends either

Ah man, that's so tough. Do the meds help with the voices? Guessing you got an accurate diagnosis and appropriate meds whether it's schizophrenia or psychosis.
Hope is the key for everyone isn't it. Is there any hope at all that things could improve.
It's so hard being parted from your kids, agonising pain. 'Normal' healthy people just don't know what to do with chronically sick people, mental or physical. All they know to say is whether you took your meds. It's crap I know.
Hope you get to see the kids a fair enough amount.
