I'm the same, knowing me once Buddy goes I'll replace him with another dog etc etc etc. Daisy was meant to be the puppy to be with poppy but we love having 3 dogs.

Yes my decision to commit suicide would then be completely rational. As i said i will only kill myself if something really bad happens to me, which i cant overcome. Right now my life isnt great, but not nearly bad enough to justify suicide.

Plus your dogs need you. I remember my partner saying if I died and my dogs trying to wake me up how upsetting that would be. We did joke that maybe Daisy would eat my face, I heard cats are very prone to that. No open casket for me.
