I usually have about four beers for breakfast followed by an egg followed by glass of red wine or two followed by a "normal" meal followed by more red wine, then I eat some butter bread and pass out.

Not sure how much longer my bowls can take this.. not keen on getting "professional" help. Any thoughts on this?

Is that your everyday menu? What about dinner tho? Id say you may last for a very very long time like that, but it will start to show

Personally I think that if you are having alcohol for breakfast it's a problem. You are definitely consuming more than is recommended. Do you want to do something about it?

I actually don't know but it seems a lot of alchohol to me if you pass out every morning. Probably your liver is damaged but I can't tell it for sure. Sending you love :) I hope you're safe

This is not related to lockdown.

Yes I do. But I have to avoid rehab at all cost.

So how long you been havin beer for breakfast? It's not the best plan... I've done it myself, it starts to show in your skin it gets puffy which I suppose is a sign of what it's doing inside

I am not one able to advise, as I drink a lot, maybe not as much as you, I ask you this though.
Are you able to say no, do you know when to stop, do you crave it as soon as you wake up, can you go days without?
Depending on your answers you may have a problem
Normal society would see it as an issue, but when you are in a bad place normal doesn't exist!

You will die from liver disease at a younger age. I've seen it happen

Stopping isn't the problem I just start too early and i cant say no on any given day. Like in a bad routine or something..

its not going to be easy, hell no, depending how easily addicted you are.
Are you able to wake in the morning and say no, but say to yourself, lunchtime? Ill have one at lunchtime and work yourself towards that, then gradually push it to the evening only? Don't expect over night, give yourself a couple weeks

A good friend of mine died this way. He would wake up at 8, drink beer til noon, pass out and nap for a couple hours, wake up, eat lunch, then mix beer and liquor for the rest of the evening til he passed out around 10. Did this every day til he died, at age 40. His liver and kidneys stopped working. It's a crappy way to go.

The only thing that saved my friend is AA. I know there are online meetings during this pandemic. Not as good I'm sure. But it's anonymous at least.
