I'm going to jump from here. It is on the 21st floor, so a little over 200feet. Is this high enough to die instantly if I hit the ground below?

As for the question, an 100 ft fall is considered non-survivable, so I'd say that would definitely be instantaneous, though I'm sorry if I got the facts wrong and others disagree, but I'm confident I'm right.

It's really about how you land. You can survive a lot if you land on legs or an object. Just make sure you don't shit out your spine, and yes I'm serious that can happen if you land legs first.
