Is there anything at all worth holding onto in life?

CTB in the UK seems really difficult as the methods seem to be impossible to obtain or super expensive so it got me wondering if there is anything worth holding onto in life or is death just the answer?

I find much to be interested in about life. I would gladly go on living except for the pain from a slipped disk. That and the pain from a kidney stone a had a year ago, which was beyond anything imaginable, and I'm ready to go.
