If so,why do some people don't care about validation. Are they nore intelligent or more evolved compared to others?

Depends on why you seek validation so desperately. Were you neglected? Were you bullied? Are you just really insecure? Yes those would have neurological effects on you that would more than likely lead to seeking approval moreso than others... Do you just want it because you want it? I don't know, probably does have something to do with your brain but I wouldn't know how to explain it.

It's human nature to want approval though. Humans are social creatures. Whether you believe you do or not, it's in your nature to want the approval and acceptance from others. Nobody wants to be discluded, nobody wants to feel unworthy or below others.

I agree with @sammiechzxv. The approval of others means you are less likely to face victimization. The less approval you have the more likely you will be bullied or attacked.

For many approval also gives them power to hurt others. Hurting others in turn gives them validation of their power. That is why a lot of times approval is dependent on whether or not someone engages in collective victimization of an individual by a group. In their minds it shows they are superior to their victim. Most socialization is a hierarchy where the top pushes abuse downwards to those seen as beneath them.

I personally stopped searching for approval because I will never obtain it. Even if I could I do not want to use it to hurt others, so eventually I will lose that approval from others inevitably. Some of us will never belong. This is not a bad thing. Everything is much more peaceful when you remove yourself from these situations. The only drawback is others will try to harm you regularly to pull you back in. It is so they can feel powerful dominating someone they see as a loner.

Chronic phone use coupled with self entitlement from never having worked a day in their life. Look at anyone younger than 25, zero accomplishments so they have to kid themselves with superficial pats on the back.

But culturally speaking, the older generations are the ones who always sought out "respect" from others which is a form of validation too. This generation's validation mostly lies in harmless shallow things, but the older generations deemed others different to them as subhuman, enslaved women(very honestly),were divided amongst themselves, and discrimination was rampant. And this is true for every part of the world, whether well-off countries or poorer(socially and wealth-wise).

I wouldn't know, but personally it would make incredible sense if I were less intelligent and less evolved than those around me. Then again I'm pretty damn shallow and my looks are the only thing I can ever pride myself on due to my lack of anything meaningful to gloat about as a person with zero hobbies or skills other than withering away.
