• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I keep trying to google how to make myself terminally ill (quickly too) and all it comes up with is anti-choice bullshit. Is this something you can do?

I've never heard of a way to force terminal illness but you can overwork your body in a way that damages your organs, or damage yourself in a way that reduces your lifespan (via organ damage or progressive disability). There are diseases you can catch that could be terminal? But otherwise generally terminal illness is naturally obtained, other than like radiation poisoning, but that's technically poisoning. If you're looking to CTB via illness the closest thing to that would be via poisoning, which you can prolong I guess if you're looking to emulate that - personally I feel odd describing this but it an answer to your question, but honestly I find if you're looking to die and are set on it, do it in a kind way towards yourself with comfort rather than a long drawn out death. There are many resources on here you can find on megathreads - I recommend checking out the links and research through the pages :)

I'm sure there are unhealthy things you could do to increase the risk of illness. Nothing is guaranteed though. Plus, there's no control over how long it will take you to die. So, then it might come down to how long you can sit tight with excruciating pain- possible without a diagnosis or painkillers- if you want to avoid medical intervention.

As an example, one morning years ago, I got sudden terrific clamping pain in my chest. Panic started to set in, slight difficulty breathing. I thought- this is it. This is a heart attack! Ok- you're ready to die, don't phone for an ambulance. The next maybe 20 minutes, I didn't know what to do with myself. Tried lying down. That made it worse. Literally crawled to the window for some fresh air. Eventually, it passed but, I didn't (obviously!)

Between NHS incompetence and my lazyness, I had 13 more attacks until the pain wasn't fully easing up after an attack. After a few days, I couldn't stand it anymore and felt like I had to get it taken care of. It was a gallstone and a bunch of sludge in the bile duct. I maybe would have died eventually if it had gone untreated. I don't know how long it would have taken but, I know I couldn't outlast the pain. I just wanted it gone. So, unfortunately, I don't think it's necessarily as simple as- contract something nasty and, die quickly. Maybe it is for some but, I don't know how you could control the process.

I'm also not sure how doctors would respond if we go for diagnosis but then, reject treatment. It's our right- of course. But, I wonder how eager or even obliged they are to then offer pain management. It's something I've always wondered about actually.

Also in terms of assisted suicide- if it ever gets brought in. If you refuse medical treatmemt, will a doctor then support an application for assisted suicide? I have a horrible feeling that they wouldn't.

MAID is legal where I live, but only for those that are expected to die within 6 months. The hope was to use the legal process if I could force myself to get sick. I wish mental illnesses were considered terminal.

Maybe a trip to a less developed country and drinking contaminated water there? Idk, that's the only thing that comes to my mind. Or trying to find a rabid animal in hopes of catching rabies. Rabies has 100% mortality rate, except for a few cases of people surviving but that is near impossible.

No, not really. The main issue is you wanting it to be fast. Practically impossible. The body is surprisingly (and stubbornly) resilient. You could smoke for a couple years, there's a chance you get lung cancer, but you could smoke your entire live and never develop it. You could wind up with something that's just unpleasant but not necessarily lethal such as COPD.

I've thought about this option. Would adding extremely low doses of SN to say your cereal increase chances of cancer? Some of us do not care about the level of pain or suffering for our exit and would prefer to leave by terms like terminal illness to make it easier for the family / less stigmatized.

Do you have any recommendations of a low dose, poison set up?

Even very low doses of SN can be fatal.

Do not take ANY amount of SN unless you are 100% sure you want to CTB immediately.

I dont think SN is a carcinogen anyway? No point in using that chemical for inducing terminal illness

I guess you can fake having an illness by sodium poisoning, but I'm sure lab work would quickly find it :/

Get mothballs injected into your system and you have anemia, simple! And digest Tylenol and you have liver cancer :D, but realistically, don't do that last one... it will backfire quickly, omg... But yeah, I suffer from heart problems, but I do know that taking anything magnesium and magnesium glycinate or buspirone and escitalopram can give you low blood pressure if you want and make you feel all the symptoms of low blood pressure until you have it, but I didn't acquire mine from that.. I'm just anemic and always had a bad heart especially from malnourishment and eating pizza for two years before I kept losing gaining and loosing weight back and forth and struggling to always drink enough water. That's how it became worse :D:D
