Is the website active in India..I am using the .net version instead of .org is that changed universally…and access seems very limited, I can never open any other user's profile among other things...I also dont see resources tab

The blocked countries are Italy and Australia. Unless something has changed and I don't know about it.

It's normal that you can't open someone's user profile.
These are the default privacy settings (I think). I can't open your profile either.
Of course, you can change these settings.

Some features of this website are unlocked after you post a certain number of comments. I don't know exactly how many.
