Is SS blocked in UK?

Since being in the UK in recent weeks I always have trouble connecting to SS. But when I connect via a proxy server, no problem.

Is SS blocked in UK?

Currently on my phone in the UK accessing this. Haven't noticed any issues recently.

No issues my end, its had a couple hissy fits but assumed it may have been people working on the forum. have you tried clearing cache etc?

It isn't blocked. Must be your provider. I still suggest that you use Tor either way.

I get 'connection timed out' message.

But could be local network thing as I'm travelling around. When I use the proxy no problem.
