Help Is SN reliable? What methods are legit?

It seems like every method that I find on here is ruined by a quick google search or even on some posts on here. One thread someone says SN, shallow water, blood choke, etc are all good and then another person explains why none of these are good lol. I can't find any actual numbers or statistics as to how many people die from this and how successful it is but I always see posts on here saying that they're gonna do it. If all of these people actually did it, wouldn't there be more information on how deadly this actually is? If it's not reliable, what methods are?

You're welcome. But as i mentioned you might want to search the forum for other information. This way you can make your own conclusions.

That's because there are very few reliable documented cases of these methods. If you're comfortable with a little discomfort then SN is a reasonably reliable method. But some people aren't okay with any discomfort or vomitting. There are even people trying to find ways to avoid the taste. So it depends on the person.

I don't see shallow water blackout or blood choke being mentioned much at all. That's probably for a good reason (higher risk)

That's how I feel as well. I keep getting my hopes up with methods then get disheartened so easily. Doesn't help I'm a massive pussy either I think my ideal method probably doesn't exist which is just going to sleep and never waking up. I'll keep looking cause I feel I have no other options though.
